LIVE WEBINAR: ₦25,000
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
You have been showing up, achieving, and doing everything expected of you — and yet, quietly, something feels off.
Your career looks successful on paper, but it no longer feels as meaningful or satisfying as it once did.
You can't quite name what is wrong — only that the restlessness has been growing harder to ignore.
You are not sure if you're simply exhausted, or if something deeper needs to change — and you don't know how to tell the difference.
The longer you ignore it, the easier it becomes to keep building a version of success that no longer feels like you.
INSIDE THIS WEBINAR
What You Will Learn
This session is structured, purposeful, and built for the woman who needs clarity — not another round of vague motivation. You will leave with honest insight, a clearer diagnosis of where you actually are, and a grounded starting point for what comes next.
WHAT YOU WILL WALK AWAY WITH
By the End of 90 Minutes, You Will:
Gain clarity on what is really causing your career dissatisfaction.
Identify whether you are dealing with burnout or misalignment.
Leave with a clear plan for what to do next over the next 90 days.
WHO IS THIS FOR
This webinar was created with you in mind if:
WHY CLARITY FEELS ELUSIVE
Why it is so Hard to Figure it out on Your Own
One of the biggest risks of career restlessness is learning how to tolerate it. You adapt. You stay productive. You continue succeeding.
On the outside, everything still looks fine. But year after year, the gap between who you are and the life you are living quietly widens.
Many women spend years trying to push through a problem that is actually trying to teach them something. Most high-performing women stay stuck for one of three reasons:
The first is identity. Your career is not just what you do. It has become part of who you are. The thought of changing direction can feel like losing a part of yourself.
The second is financial security. You have worked hard to build a certain level of income, stability, and success. Walking away without a plan feels risky, even when staying no longer feels right.
The third is that no one has shown you a clear process for distinguishing burnout from misalignment. So you keep second-guessing yourself, hoping clarity will arrive on its own.
This webinar will help you understand which of these may be keeping you stuck and what your next step should be, without making a drastic decision or starting from zero. One of the most frustrating parts of career restlessness is that it rarely responds to hard work.

About eight years ago, I was exactly where you are right now.
I remember driving to my job in international development, crying and quietly wondering whether there was more to my life than this. From the outside, everything looked fine. On the inside, something was deeply off and I could not name it.
It took me almost many years of coaching, learning, and honest self-examination to find a new path that matched my personality, values, and strengths and then to take the leap into it.
What I discovered through that process is that it all starts with awareness. Awareness of what your feelings are actually trying to tell you. Awareness that what you are experiencing is not a personal failing. Awareness that there are environments and kinds of work that fit how you are wired, and others that simply do not.
That journey led me into coaching, and eventually to founding ClearWaters Co where I work with successful mid-career women who have built careers that look good on paper but no longer feel like theirs.
THE COST OF STAYING WHERE YOU ARE
What Happens If Nothing Changes?
One of the biggest risks of career restlessness is learning how to tolerate it.
You adapt.
You stay productive.
You continue succeeding.
From the outside, everything still looks fine.
But year after year, the gap between who you are and the life you are living quietly widens.
Many women spend years trying to push through a problem that is actually trying to teach them something.
The longer career restlessness goes unexplored, the easier it becomes to normalize it. What feels tolerable today can quietly become another year spent building a life that no longer fits.
Join us for The Fulfillment Gap and leave with clarity on whether you are burned out, misaligned, or being called toward something new — and what that means for your next step.

Career restlessness rarely resolves itself with time. More often, women learn to tolerate it, convincing themselves that things will feel different after the next promotion, project, or season of life.
If something in this page has resonated with you, consider what another six or twelve months of uncertainty might cost.
Reserve your seat today and take the first step toward understanding what your restlessness is really trying to tell you.
